Transmission failed due to defect 50% paid by manufacturer **** driver's side view mirror shakes rendering it useless while vehicle in motion ****** head gasket leaked coolant slowly over time/dealer replaced under service bulletin. Unsure of other damage leak caused to cooling system (I.e. Water pump) ******* driver's side window was misaligned and leaked water / dealer stopped water leak, but still misaligned today -car had history of same repair twice by previous owner, said dealer ******** unexplained rattling metallic sound during cold starts from front engine compartment/dealer stated no apparent problem, continues today
My windshield wipers park in the center of my windshield. They were fixed under warranty in March of 1997 and it happened again in January 2000. Both times it happened it was snowing. I spoke with customer assistance at GM but they told me the work done is only quaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles. The price I was quoted to have this fixed is expensive. 350 dollars. I'm afraid this is going to happen every couple years or so.
When driving on highway rear window exploded. Consumer linked the problem to the rear adhesive/glue which has melted due to the hot weather condition. Consumer has contacted dealer. Please provide any further details.
The window washer spray only goes in a circle of approximately 5 inches or less - not even to the top of the wiper blade - insufficient fluid isnt placed on large enough area of the window to let the wiper blades clean.
Windshield came off easily beacuse the bond was broke with a little pressure continuing pushing on the glass the windshield was remove from the vehicle without using any tools. Yh
Without warning of vehicle collision occurring or any type of objects hitting, the rear windshield blew out and shattered glass onto the highway. Cause unknown.
Lens in driver's side rear view mirror is loose, on bumpy roads lense moves, rendering mirror useless when switching lanes, impairing vision.
Windshield wipers fail to function proerly in snow or freezing temperatures, mechanical parts freeze up, resulting in poor/no visibility.
Windshield wipers whipped to the left not making contact with windshield due to high winds, causing poor visibility.
Exterior rearview mirror loosens and shakes. At times cannot see out of mirror to check for traffic on driver's side.
