Windows, wipers & sunroof
Defective wiper operation on Chevrolet p/u has caused dangerous situations in rain. This vehicle is on recall for the most part, except for certain ones including mine. I and my family have experienced wiper failure with this vehicle. I will have to fix it myself even though the majority are on recall for the exact same problem.
Well my whole family has owned this truck and it was passed down to me I drive it all the time and I have put it in the ditch due to my window wipers work when they want and on the hwy all the salt builds up and I cant see the road.
Seats
I have a 1995 Chevrolet c/k 1500 id #[redacted] and my passenger chair is coming apart, slipping back and forward on it's own. I have a nephew that has the same model and is having the same problem. Updated 07/24/2012
Front bucket seat bracket broke creating a seat that moves back and forth. I contacted the dealer and they told me at the time that it wasn't a warranty item and that I would have to repair at my expense. I have just read some consumer reports and read this same issue on the same 1995 1500 Chevy Pickups.
