er to case number: Case#9-6698447273v 3136671128 Vera Cadillac case Escalated and I am not getting through. Just want to make sure that I made the effort to each our to dealerships and headquarters to no avail. And if this is really is what is happening, this is what really need to be done properly: per lemon vehicle with extended warranty program, with defective equipment (manufacturer's defects)failure to service right rear tire request per fotainment alert. Plus steering wheel airbag failure to inflate and deploy upon collision, resulting internal injuries, including, but not limited to loss of smell and loss of taste due to this defective automobile. Also note: diagnostics mentioned vehicle was up for a possible recall with its fuel system.

Purchased a 2020 Cadillac Escalade Suburban about three months ago from GMC dealership at 8155 Interstate 35, San Antonio, Texas 78224. This vehicle had about 50,000 miles when we bought it. We were not driving the Escalade everyday, we use it occasionally and about a month after we purchased it the battery went dead. Before the battery went completely dead we were on the road one day and we rolled down the window and it would not roll back up, then the back window popped open and it would not shut back down. GMC dealership we bought it from came to our home and used a charger to recharge the battery. We took it to the dealership service department and dealership determined it was a bad battery, they gave us a new battery. Takata recall .I am afraid to drive this vehicle. This is traveling vehicle so it would normally be on highways at over 50 miles an hour. Question would I be safer to have this disconnected? Who could do this. I like most people can not afford to trade vehicles and really would rather not. Now the case is settled wit Takata. That's just great but it does not fix the problem. If I paid to have it replaced can I get reimbursed at some point. .now the case is settled I expect some manufacturer needs to supply hundreds of thousands of these. What would your professional opinion be as to how long it would take for the vehicles to be repair. How much less is my vehicle worth at this point due to this issue. …

Takata recall I had made several attempts with two of the local Cadillac dealers to get the recall solved but continue to get the same response; "the recall isn't a safety issue!" as of yet, there has been no contact made by any of the dealers on getting the matter resolved and instead some of the sales department representatives are making offers for me to trade in or sale them our vehicle. We average over 20,000 miles a year traveling as a family and my fear and concern are that one day our safety and security May be placed in jeopardy due to a know matter that should had been resolved timely. So far there had been no incidents but I shouldn't have to be driving a vehicle that's deem to be unsafe due to manufacturers reasons.

- Takata recall...still awaiting replacement!!! - shocks went out while driving on the highway. Took vehicle to local dealership and was told that my warranty had expired so I was charged for the repairs when in fact my warranty was still in effect

Takata recall - has been issued since May 27, 2016. I always have passengers in my car who mean a great deal to me and I am very concerned for their safety! I want my airbags to be in perfect working order as soon as possible! We live in a very hot region of the country and this puts us in greater risk of having a defective airbag inflators. This is unacceptable and needs to be remedied immediately! I currently have warning lights lit up on my dashboard warning me of issues with my airbags, this is what has prompted me to look into the recall status.

Tl* the contact owns a 2009 Cadillac Escalade ESV. While driving approximately 60 MPH, a tractor trailer crashed into the rear of the contact's vehicle. As a result, the contact's vehicle was pushed into the preceding vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact was injured and was transported to a hospital by ambulance. The vehicle was towed to a salvage yard to be evaluated for damages. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was 47,000.
