What owners report

I purchased the car from Buick Spec dealership in Prosser WA on Aug. 2, 2021. The car was sold to me with rocket panel damaged, the rear brakes- rotors needed replaced and one side brake completely gone..the pins frozen. The cars transmission fluid dark dirty..low on oil..no coolant or wiper fluid at purchase. They brought car to me during covid. The door didn't shut properly I assumed the rubber around door needed replaced and I planned to have it repaired until I seen a bulge under my driver's side door.took it in and was told by 2 certified auto body places the rocker panel was damaged. My Car started to shimmy when stopping and now the prior recall of fuse relay box burning caused my car to be currently sitting. I don't understand how they could sell me a car like this and this is my complaints. I want my repairs done and money reimbursed I've already paid for. …

The driver's side, interior door handle is broken. The entire inside door panel must be replaced. There are no replacement parts available. The dealer has tried to order a replacement part but has been unable to get one. I have checked with the local salvage yards and have been unable to find one there either. I am 79 years old with arthritis. I have had several joint replacements as well. It is very difficult for me to roll down the window and open the door using the outside handle. I am unable to crawl over the console to get out the passenger side door. When at home I park in the garage and leave the window down. Last week I got in my car and the battery was dead. Fortunately ,this happened at home in my garage where I leave the window down. If I had arrived at my destination and then came back and got in my car the outcome could have been disastrous. …

Yes, as I was driving down the highway doing the current speed limit my hood had a complete failure where the adhesive for the hood separated completely in the top layer flew off, obstructed my driving for more than 10 seconds then flew off and almost hit multiple cars behind me. Thank goodness this caused me to pull over off the road, but the safety of others and I were at very harms way due to a malfunction in the vehicles quality of built in the glue separation.

The trunk allows water to enter each time it rains. This causes water to collect in the spare tire department in the trunk. After it rains, trunk must be vacuumed out in order to retrieve water out of trunk. Unfortunately, this has caused my trunk liner to mold completely, as well as to begin molding under my back seat. My daughter and I have a mold allergy which has been affected by the mold in the car which is impossible to get rid of due to the location it has grown.
