What 2007 Audi S4 owners say

Air bags

My airbags were never replaced by Audi. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to fix the recall I received in the mail (airbags) and was told they had none in stock. Why is this telling me I have no recalls when I still do? The only way that my vehicle has no recalls is if Audi said they fixed it and that's not true. Nobody has fixed it nor have they notified me that they're back in stock! The Audi dealership I have dealt with since owning this s4 is the one in fife Washington. Now my airbag warning light is on and I do not feel safe but I have no choice. I have to go to work or be homeless and loose everything. That's not a choice I can make. Thank you

Oct 2020

Pursuant to NHTSA recall 18V427 and 18V082 I am having a very hard time getting the necessary repairs done to my vehicle. I called sonnen Audi in san rafael, ca last year and they were not prepared to repair the Takata recalls. Later this year in February I called again. I was scheduled for a repair on May 28. I drove 40 miles to get the scheduled repair and they didn't have the parts. They could not tell me when I could get my repair. I am now very concerned that I continue to drive this vehicle that is dangerous to drive and yet the dealership where I bought it has yet to fulfill its responsibility to make my car safe. I believe they have been negligent in taking caring of this important recall. I sent them an online letter two days ago and they have not responded to my complaint.
