Affected: 2015–2016 Volvo Vah, 2015–2016 Volvo VHD. Filed with NHTSA on October 7, 2015, covering about 1,669 vehicles.

The problem

Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo) is recalling certain model year 2015-2016 VAH and VHD trucks manufactured April 1, 2014, to August 14, 2015. The affected vehicles may be equipped with headlights that do not meet the minimum intensity requirements, resulting in insufficient illumination of the roadway. The risk

Headlights that provide insufficient illumination increase the risk of a crash.
