The truck is in for its second front end alignment. I bought it brand new in October 2024 and it has about 43000 miles on it. I'm concerned for my family's safety. If it is going out of alignment this often, I don't feel safe driving it. The dealership has no explanation of why its going out so fast. I know I'm not the only one having this problem. There are thousands of people saying they are having the same issues. It was out of alignment from the factory. Pretty much all of them are. Something needs to be done about this. I put today's date but the first time I took it in was less than a year and 20000 miles ago.
when towing the rear end bounce you in on coming lanes! I saw oil on shock took to dealer they fought me on replacing it then they said they will replace 1 and want to send me down the road 1/2 fixed ! No dealer will replace 1 always in pairs because it will cause un even braking and safety issues ! This was at Auburn jeep [redacted] ! If they do this type of work jeperdizing peoples safety they should have there licence pulled

Front differential locked up without notice on highway at highway speed and almost lost control of my vehicle. Due to the front different locking up, the front driveshaft broke but did not come completely off right away and almost came through the floor of my vehicle. The floor where the drivers feet rest right underneath the brake pedal and gas pedal bent up a few inches and is almost touching the pedal. Pieces of the driveshaft flew out all over the highway and could have injured or killed someone else if it wasn't early AM when roads were empty. Dash cam footage shows the moment it happened, it felt and looks like I hit a land mine. Front differential needs complete replacement, there is a hole in my frame and much more was damaged due to this. Towed into dealer and manufacturer denied warranty claim. …
My 2018 Ram 3500 has had a bad vibration in it since I purchased it with 20,000 miles on it. I have tried 3 different sets on tires and a new set of wheels. The vibration causes the seats, mirrors and anything not secured to shake really bad. I have taken it to 4 different shops with no luck in repairing. This has been an ongoing problem. I believe I have narrowed it down to the driveshaft, leaf springs, or the factory air suspension. Very disappointing for an $80,000 vehicle!
