I purchased a new, 2015 GMC Yukon XL in December of 2014. I had been dealing with a vibration related problem at highway speeds starting in October of 2015 in my SUV that the dealer balanced, aligned, etc. Problem still existed in December of 2015, again ran tests and found nothing. Continued to complain every time I went into dealer and on June 28, 2016 and was told my tread was wearing unevenly, and after a road test with the head technician it was found there was high road force on the tires. Today I came in for my oil change and my dealer had an alert to check my tires (original ones that I replaced at my cost on 6/28/16) for the exact tire on my truck giving me the same problem. I have a high speed vibration and tread wear problems. My old tires were outside of the recall but I feel that they were defective. My dot# was a32awbde2414 and I had to replace all 4 tires. …

2004 Yukon XL with 91,880 miles. Replacement left front wheel bearing/hub failed catastrophically at 6,046 miles of service. The bearing separated completely leading to a towing event. Vehicle was on an interstate highway and traveling at 70 MPH, in a straight line when this occurred. Service technician said the drive shaft on the 4wd vehicle was the only thing retaining the wheel. The prior bearing was replaced at 85,878 miles. The bearing was installed at aftermarket service center. The hub face has the following numbers etched on it. 730-0093, 12fr18107. When I look this up it appears to be a bearing made by gnb.
Tl* the contact owns a 2004 GMC Yukon XL equipped with hankook ventus as tires, size was 305/50r/20xl. While driving approximately 50 MPH, the steering wheel began vibrating. I own a 2003 Yukon XL. Purchased 4 Michelin tires from ntb in April 2007, $700.00. New tires have 18,000 miles on them. Jan 2009 valve stem failed and was replaced by ntb, no damage to tire. May 2009, second tire went flat doing 70 miles an hour with my kids driving on the highway home from college. Tire went flat, immediately pulled off to the side of the road. Tire was damaged and had to be replaced, $225.00. Cause of damage was valve stem, tr 413. One week later, third tire went flat going back to college. Immediately pulled off of highway. Michelin tire also ruined, crushed side wall, another $225.00. Went back to ntb and complained. At my request inspected 4th tire and it had a bad stem and was leaking. All stems were the tr-413 and not a high pressure stem. This stem is for up to 40 psi. …
