While driving vehicle about 45-50 MPH, for no apparent reason the vehicle bucked and jerked then accelerated to a speed of 70+ MPH. Driver ran vehicle into a open bay at gas station to stop. The vehcle has not been repaired consumer stated driver side airg did not deploy.
The consumer has experienced problems with driver's side airbag. The consumer's airbag failed to deploy during a front end collision. The manufacturer has yet to be contacted. During the collision, 2 people were injured.

The airbag module had to be replaced at a cost of $400.00. Without this part the airbag could be deployed accidently or not at all in thge event of a crash. This part should be covered longer, just as the emmisions equipment is.

Was traveling approximately 35mph when another vehicle pulled out from side street & was broadsided. Air bags did not deploy upon impact. Driver suffered trauma to the arms.
