Tl* the contact owns a 2014 Buick Lacrosse. While driving 65 MPH, the front passenger side fender guard was loose. A screw attached to the guard fell off and caused the rear passenger side tire to flatten. The tire was replaced. The contact took the vehicle to corning Chevrolet Buick (2087 solano st, corning, ca 96021, [phone]) where they re-screwed the fender guard. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 25,000.

There has been an unusual tingling noise (example: tapping sound of an aluminum tin pan) coming from the rear driver left and passenger right sides of the body pillar panels. The sound is noticed while driving on rugged pavement and also with increased speed on the pavement. Service records can be furnished of multiple visits to the dealer addressing my concern/complaint, but there has been no satisfactory resolve. Moss brothers has been very generous in making accommodations (loaners, dollar incentives) for me while my vehicle was being diagnosed and kept under their care, but I also have a complaint about how dealer surveys are structured. Please note for the record, I have completed and submitted to the dealer many surveys giving them praise for their service, only because I had to pick and choose which battle I wanted to fight to get what I needed to have done. …

Inside we went to discuss terms. Salesman " this vehicle is a cbg/cpo, 2 warranties, it's like buying a new car!" he insisted you won't be able to find a Lacrosse touring, and with these warranties we guarantee this vehicle.one owner,no accidents. Finance manager wasn't professional! My car wasn't detailed, & had some minor chip's! Salesman said, bring it back. Sunday 3/19/2017, I'm reading over my contract only to find out 1st payment due next day. Then go look over the car like salesman said to see what needs to be done. Paint chipped on door, paint badly chipped on bumper, clear coat issue's, front windshield entire top bubbling, looks like a manufacturer defect, console peeling, windshield wipers need to be replaced, mold on top of window frames. It took (4) appointments/trips to get my vehicle in for 1st service! 4th trip success. They had said vehicle for a month! …

The a-pillar of the vehicle is extremely wide and obstructs visibility. The vehicle is dangerous to drive, and the width of the pillar has caused us to pop 3-tires (one left, two right) (three separate times/three different drivers) due to an inability to adequately gauge turns as a result of the pillar's width. It is an extreme design flaw and action should be taken against GM for such a negligent design. No matter the seat position, you simply do not have adequate frontward visibility to the left or right (it's just one giant frontward blind spot). Additionally, the c/d pillars are also extremely wide and obstructive, and the rear deck is too high. This design has not changed for even the 2014 models and provides an inherent safety risk.

With no impacts, the car was parked, and when placed in r to back up, the entire front bumper, grill, lights wheel wells and fog light wires dropped off the vehicle. All "rubber connectors to the chassis were fatigued. 30189 miles on the car. A clearly defined defective design to hold the entire front of the car by six flimsy, thin and plastic or rubber connectors. Cost $1300, to me, $500. A flimsy attachment for the front end. A disaster if car was moving at any speed.
